Co-brokering loans with Wes-State is the ultimate time saver for you, and the easiest way to get started. Once you have a loan request, have your client fill out a couple of forms (we'll show
you which forms to use to suit the loan request) and mail or fax them to us. Within a couple of days we'll get back to you with rates, terms, and fees. You simply pass this on to your client. We will then send you a list of information you
need to collect from your client. Upon receipt of the completed package, we will find the best lender, negotiate the deal, get it funded and split the brokers fee with you 50-50. All the paperwork is done by the client. You
simply collect it and submit it to Wes-State.
